You I know I always tell the truth, so here’s a confession for you: my ideal Friday night is pizza on the couch in front of a movie that requires only, like, 30% of my brain cells (also I like to snuggle my vision of the umpteenth 24 … or some other show).
Here is another truth: I had the gluten free pizza in many joints in our area – free grain gluten-free, no, so it still falls in the territory “treat” – and you know what? This pizza is better. It is the free cheese, grain free, free of debris, and impressive.
This recipe is extremely versatile. The pizza is shown here is topped with the sauce, green peppers, onions and avocado – a handful of sliced olives or a scallion tops chopped would also be great, and if you are in the whole approach of the flesh against flesh, a pinch of Chorizo also be very impressive.
