What All Healthy People Have In Common

Every year, I travel more than 20,000 miles to study what makes people healthy. But most doctors do not receive my research methods.


Mainstream just try – and most researchers only study – disease. They do not take into account health. They look at a disease and then try to find a pill.

I’m different because I focus on what healthy people have in common. I wonder what protects them from disease.

Western medicine has come to see the ailments of people as small packets of symptoms to be drugged or interrupted. It has lost sight of the whole person behind the rash or the tumor and emotional and environmental factors that have contributed to or even caused physical problems in the first place.

Even in medical school, it was different. I was inspired by a pioneering nutritionist and dentist named Weston A. Price – and still am

Dr. Price was different, too. He left his dental practice Ohio in the 1930s and went on a mission to discover why the native tribes had naturally healthy teeth.

He lived among the native peoples in different cultures around the world. He traveled to Polynesia, Scotland, Andes, New Zealand and even the Arctic.

As you travel to these remote places, Dr. Price made a single observation. People were healthier when they ate the traditional diet transmitted to them by their ancestors.

Wherever he went, he found all native diets had a nutrient in common. This nutrient seemed to “activate” vitamins A and D, making them more effective.

He called his discovery “Activator X.” And today we know that this nutrient to be vitamin K2.

And a growing body of research confirms what Dr. Price saw in healthy native communities studied.

People who get enough of their Activator X, or vitamin K2, have perfect … great physical strength … trim, muscled bodies … and without chronic disease teeth.

I’ve seen the same thing among the many traditional tribal communities I have visited. I’ve seen in remote villages of Africa, the rainforests of South America and the mountains of Peru.

But when the native people switch to modern, Western diet full of sugar, refined flour and vegetable oils … things change.

These communities develop very quickly all chronic health problems of the West .: Cancer, heart disease, tooth decay, arthritis, diabetes, osteoporosis, depression and dementia

Conventional medicine has tried to ignore the work of Dr. Price for over 70 years. But now studies confirm their findings – and conclusions -. They are increasing

Research now shows:

  • Vitamin K2 strengthens bones. Researchers at Tufts University found that elderly people with the highest intake of vitamin K had a 65% lower risk of hip fracture than those with the lower consumption. 1 and researchers following Harvard more than 72,000 women found that those with lower intake of vitamin K2 had a 30% increased risk of hip fracture. 2
  • Vitamin K2 stops heart attacks. In a Dutch trial reference point, the researchers followed 4,800 people. Their results showed that high levels of vitamin K2 lowered the risk of coronary artery disease by 57%. calcium buildup in the arteries in a 52% reduction. And reduced the risk of death from any cause by 26% . 3
  • K2 kills cancer. A study Journal of Cancer Research and Clinical Oncology found that vitamin K2 kills leukemia, pancreatic and ovarian cancer cells. 4 works by programming these cells to “self-destruction.” 5 And men with the highest intake of K2 has 63% fewer cases of prostate cancer advanced.

Vitamin K2 also protects the brain, combat rheumatoid arthritis, balances blood sugar and increases energy production in the mitochondria.

Before you rush out to find vitamin K2, it is important to understand that vitamin K2 is not the same as vitamin K1.

Your body needs K1 for blood clotting when you’re injured. You get this important vitamin spinach, broccoli, kale, chard and other leafy green vegetables.

Your body also uses it to produce vitamin K2 K1. The conversion is performed in the intestines using their own intestinal bacteria.

But if antibiotics are taken, the good bacteria in the gut may disappear. It will not be able to convert K1.

Fortunately, you can get vitamin K2 directly from some foods. Our primitive ancestors got plenty to eat organ meats like liver.

Other sources include:

  • Meat
  • Whole milk
  • Cottage Cheese
  • Butter
  • Cheese

However, all these foods should come from grass-fed animals.

You see, animals take in vitamin K1 herbs they eat. They converted to vitamin K2 in your gut the same way we do. When meat, fat, organs, and dairy products from grass-fed taking vitamin K2 in their animals eat.

fed with soybean, corn or other grains animals receive vitamin K1 to convert to K2. Also factory-farmed cattle all antibiotics are thrown away, so they could not do the conversion in their guts, even if they had vitamin K1.

If you ever take antibiotics or if you do not have access to grazing meat or dairy products, you may be deficient in vitamin K2. That’s why I recommend supplements. But be sure to get the right kind.

Vitamin K2 is different menaquinones calls in several ways. They are numbered from four to nine. The higher the number, the more bioavailable and long lasting K2.

Look vitamin K2 menaquinone as-7. It is much more bioactive than menaquinone-4.

K2 can be found in your health food store or online. Take 45 to 90 mcg. one day.
